Our Services

Aspire Human Services draws from years of experience in designing supports for the people in our programs. We currently offer two unique service options for individuals who qualify for services in Idaho.

Intermediate Care Facility for the Intellectually Disabled (ICF/ID)

The ICF/ID (Intermediate Care Facility for Persons with Intellectual Disabilities) team provides both residential and vocational services for adults and children who require the highest level supervision and assistance in basic living skills and/or behavior management. Our team of experts works with each person we serve to develop individualized service and behavior support plans. Our ICF/ID programs include input from an interdisciplinary team of experts including: Psychology/Psychiatry, Dietary, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy.

The homes are designed to meet the needs of individuals with severe medical and intellectual challenges. Consideration is given to social and intellectual development, friendship patterns and commonality of interests when persons are selected to live together. Through the development of the individualized transition and service plans, the health, safety and well-being of each person is considered to ensure the progress of any person is not jeopardized. In order to provide the best possible service, the ICF/ID program also provides multiple support services. Nursing services and OT, PT speech therapy services therapy services are available on site through our team of experts. Other support services offered on-site include recreation, behavior intervention, and dietary support. ICF/ID services are currently offered in five communities throughout Idaho.

Residential Habilitation

Our Residential Habilitation programs are a community-based service that empowers people with developmental and intellectual disabilities to create and live their own lives in the community. In these residential programs, the people we support have power, choices, and the supports they need to pursue an active, productive, and enriched life. Our program is designed to promote human rights, increase opportunity, and encourage active participation in the community for all people with disabilities. We offer services for people with any type of challenge, barrier, or need, including significant medical issues or behaviors that interfere with quality of life.

The people we support live in their own homes or apartments. Each individual is empowered to make their own choices, including where to live, who to live with, where to work, and how to spend their time. The people supported in our programs are included, empowered, and embraced as valued members of the community. Residential Habilitative Services are offered through the State of Idaho with homes located in Nampa, Meridian, Boise, Wendell, Pocatello and Idaho Falls.
